Job summary

The Director - Project Management & Delivery at Qiddiya Investment Company will lead planning, execution and delivery of a portfolio within the Urban Core development program, spanning mixed-use developments, civic infrastructure, retail and lifestyle assets. The role requires translating development vision into executable delivery strategies while overseeing governance, risk, cost, schedule and quality.

The incumbent will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage interfaces

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience leading the delivery of complex large-scale integrated mixed-use developments.
• GCC and international mega-project experience highly desirable.
