Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية seeks a Director - Development to lead the City-Wide development across roads, utilities, environment and landscape. You will implement and enforce development processes, coordinate with core development, planning and design teams, and steer project delivery from planning through handover to operations in a fast-paced giga project.

Qualifications

Proven track record in large-scale development projects.
Experience securing permits for major developments in a regulated environment.
Experience in master planning and land development.
Knowledge of zoning laws and entitlement processes within GCC.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.

Responsibilities

Oversee development processes from planning to handover, ensuring alignment with district policies and stakeholder requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers and authorities to secure approvals and manage interfaces across departments.
Lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement inputs and governance reporting for the project.
Drive risk management, project governance and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Mentor and guide project teams to deliver on time, within budget and to the required standards.
