Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a talented and experienced Director - Delivery - Hospitality to spearhead our hospitality project initiatives. In this critical role, you will oversee the delivery and execution of high-quality hospitality projects that embody luxury and innovation, contributing to Qiddiya’s mission of establishing a premier entertainment destination.


Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of hospitality project delivery, from concept through to completion.
  • Coordinate with design, construction, and operational teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and standards.
  • Develop and implement project delivery plans, monitoring progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Create and enforce project governance frameworks to manage risks and ensure quality standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management, ensuring clear communication of progress and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in hospitality project delivery processes.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages accountability, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the hospitality industry, preferably with luxury projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
  • Solid understanding of hospitality operations, project delivery methodologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges in project execution.
