Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a talented and experienced Director - Delivery - Hospitality to spearhead our hospitality project initiatives. In this critical role, you will oversee the delivery and execution of high-quality hospitality projects that embody luxury and innovation, contributing to Qiddiya's mission of establishing a premier entertainment destination.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of hospitality project delivery, from concept through to completion
  • Coordinate with design, construction, and operational teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and standards
  • Develop and implement project delivery plans, monitoring progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints
  • Create and enforce project governance frameworks to manage risks and ensure quality standards
  • Engage with stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management, ensuring clear communication of progress and challenges
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in hospitality project delivery processes
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages accountability, creativity, and continuous learning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the hospitality industry, preferably with luxury projects
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire diverse teams
  • Solid understanding of hospitality operations, project delivery methodologies, and industry trends
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
