Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Experience (CX) Director in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in related fields and a proven ability to manage large scale CX transformations. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Customer Experience or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and local customer behavior.
• Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or leading CX transformations.

• Lead end-to-end CX transformation programs for clients.
• Develop CX strategies aligned with Vision 2030 priorities.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams in CX initiatives.
