Candidate must translate domain challenges into AI-driven predictive analytics, optimization, and anomaly detection, and lead consultative, multi-stakeholder deals with senior clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in business development, energy sector, or technical-commercial roles.
• Fluent in upstream, downstream, or industrial domains with technical depth.
• Able to map AI capabilities to oil & gas and industrial use cases with business value.
• Proven track record closing high-value B2B deals in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Strong command of technical vocabulary, constraints, and decision-making structures.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategy for Front End's AI offerings in energy, oil & gas, and industry.
• Build and convert pipeline with national and tier-one clients across the region.
• Translate domain problems into scoped AI solutions and commercial proposals.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with engineering and C-suite.
• Develop partnerships to extend Front End's AI reach in energy and industry.
• Own commercial negotiations and revenue targets for the AI practice.
