Job summary

Vorzep in Riyadh is seeking a Digitalization Officer to convert physical records into digital, organized files within the Records Management System (RMS). The role includes scanning, indexing, quality checking, uploading and maintaining records while ensuring confidentiality and data security.

You will work with a project team on a 2-year contract with potential extension based on requirements and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with records handling and confidentiality is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow processes.
