Job summary

Tahaluf, a premier Saudi events organiser, seeks a Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube, coordinating agencies and creators to deliver strategy-driven results.

The role partners with Marketing leadership to strengthen brand engagement, grow communities, and drive registrations for landmark events, with remote-friendly options. A 6‑month contract is offered; English fluency is essential, Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years experience in social media marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube is essential.
• Proven experience running boosted and paid social campaigns, including budget management and audience targeting.
• Strong creative judgement: able to brief, critique, and improve agency work.
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, or native tools).
• English fluency essential, Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day relationship with social and creative agencies, briefing and final sign-off.
• Write briefs with objectives, audience, tone, and success measures; push back when needed.
• Manage agency workflows, content calendars, and deadlines across events.
• Quality‑control agency output: brand voice and platform fit; final go-live checkpoint.
• Design and deliver campaigns aligned with marketing strategies and event milestones.
• Deliver live event coverage by directing on-site teams.
• Track KPIs and report reach, engagement, followers, traffic, and registrations.
