Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company leads the design management for a portfolio of mixed-use precinct developments in the Urban Core. The Design Project Management Director will steer end-to-end design across public realm, spaces, retail, F&B, and destination assets.

Sourcing excellence through client-side leadership, you will coordinate with development, asset management, consultants, authorities, and operators to translate the vision into high-quality, commercially viable built environments, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Landscape Architecture.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional accreditation preferred (RIBA, AIA, AICP, ASLA, PMP, MRICS, CEng or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide design leadership across a portfolio of mixed-use precinct developments.
• Oversee end-to-end design management for public realm, spaces, retail, F&B, and offices.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with authorities and stakeholders.
• Ensure design vision translates into commercially viable and operational environments.
• Drive programme commitments and integration across disciplines.
• Manage client-side interfaces and provide development support.
