Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Design Project Management Director to lead the planning, management, and delivery of design across a portfolio of mixed-use precinct developments in the Urban Core. You will bridge development, asset management, consultants, and authorities to translate design vision into high-quality, commercially viable environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of design management & project management experience.
• Minimum 7 years in a leadership role on large-scale mixed-use developments.
• Proven client-side experience on complex mixed-use or city-scale projects.
• Strong experience in public realm and placemaking developments.
• Middle East experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide design leadership across multiple projects and programmes.
• Manage end-to-end design management for mixed-use precinct developments.
• Coordinate integration across architectural, landscape, infrastructure and placemaking disciplines.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement with authorities, operators and development partners.
• Support commercial and development objectives while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Lead and develop project delivery teams to meet programme commitments.
