Job summary

Tools & Solutions is seeking a Design & Operations Lead to join our GCC outsourcing team in Saudi Arabia. You will design end-to-end operating models for visitor-centric environments and develop strategies aligned with experience goals.

Responsibilities include leading readiness planning for new facilities, defining procedures, governance, and performance dashboards, and collaborating across technology, facilities, security, and customer service to ensure integrated operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Operations, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Service Design are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end operating models for visitor-centric environments.
• Develop operational strategies that align with business objectives and customer experience goals.
• Lead operational readiness planning for new facilities, venues, or visitor attractions.
• Define operating procedures, governance models, and service delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, facilities, security, and customer service to ensure integrated operations.
• Optimize visitor journeys by improving processes, service standards, and operational efficiency.
• Develop workforce strategies, staffing models, shift planning, and resource allocation plans.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards to monitor operational effectiveness.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation and business continuity plans.
• Support the implementation of digital technologies and smart solutions that enhance visitor experiences.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using operational data and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory, and quality standards

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Master's degree is preferred

Professional certifications in Operations, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Service Design are an advantage
