Job summary

Tools & Solutions in the GCC region is seeking a Design & Operations Lead for an outsourcing engagement to design and implement end-to-end operating models for visitor-centric environments.

You will collaborate with technology, facilities, security, and customer service teams to define procedures, governance, and metrics, while driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications in operations, project management, Lean Six Sigma, or service design are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end operating models for visitor-centric environments.
• Develop operational strategies aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals.
• Lead readiness planning for new facilities, venues, or visitor attractions.

• Design and implement end-to-end operating models for visitor-centric environments.
• Develop operational strategies that align with business objectives and customer experience goals.
• Lead operational readiness planning for new facilities, venues, or visitor attractions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, facilities, security, and customer service to ensure integrated operations.
• Optimize visitor journeys by improving processes, service standards, and operational efficiency.
• Develop workforce strategies, staffing models, shift planning, and resource allocation plans.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards to monitor operational effectiveness.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation and business continuity plans.
• Support the implementation of digital technologies and smart solutions that enhance visitor experiences.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using operational data and customer feedback.
