Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in science/pharmacy or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in beauty/dermatology/skin care.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, organized mindset.

Aufgaben

• Execute planned field visits to pharmacies, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals according to territory plans.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with pharmacists and retail stakeholders to drive product adoption and loyalty.
• Promote products through scientific engagement and professional customer service to strengthen brand visibility.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels to prevent shortages and optimize inventory.
• Organize in-store activations, promotions, and education initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Educate pharmacists on IDS with complete skincare and treatment solutions to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
