Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a Product Specialist in Jeddah, KSA, to build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals. You will present scientific value, drive brand advocacy, and support dermatology-focused offerings across clinics and pharmacies.

You will execute medical strategies, analyze market signals, and optimize field activities using Veeva CRM while ensuring product availability in the region. Saudi driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, biology, or related field.
• Medical representative experience is highly valued.
• Dermatology knowledge and ability to translate science into medical detailing.
• Entrepreneurial approach to finding new opportunities within the sector.
• Customer-centric mindset to build lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Drive Brand Advocacy & Recommendations with targeted doctors and key medical congresses.
• Execute Medical Strategy using digital and physical tools to deliver messages to healthcare professionals.
• Analyze sector, competitors, and prescription data to identify opportunities and ROI.
• Ensure Operational Excellence with visit planning, reporting, and CRM activity tracking.
