Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Dental Solutions Sales Representative based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will manage assigned accounts, drive growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results for Solventum’s dental solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in dental or healthcare sales, strong consultative selling, and deep knowledge of the Saudi dental market. The position offers hybrid work with travel within Saudi Arabia and up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Dentistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Three (3) or more years of sales experience in the dental, medical device, healthcare, or related industry
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and business objectives
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience in territory management, account planning, and customer relationship management
• Experience in restorative, preventive, orthodontic, or digital dental solutions
• Knowledge of the Saudi dental market, distribution channels, and healthcare ecosystem
• Experience working in a multinational healthcare or medical technology organization
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and business development skills

Responsibilities

• Leading sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed annual sales targets and business objectives.
• Implementing territory and account plans that drive sustainable growth and maximize customer value.
• Determining customer needs and recommending appropriate Solventum Dental solutions through effective consultative selling.
• Supporting customers, distributors, and key stakeholders by building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Managing opportunities, forecasts, and sales pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
