Qualifications
- Dental-related degree or experience in the dental industry.
- Proficiency in English and Farsi.
- Strong speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales technical support services, including demonstrations, installation, debugging, training, and maintenance.
- Train clients on newly launched application solutions and product functions.
- Create application cases, technical documents and training materials.
- Record and analyse after-sales data and report product issues to supervisors and R&D.
- Assist R&D in testing new product software and hardware and provide improvement feedback.
- Support on-site activities such as exhibitions and competitions and explain product performance.
- Monitor market and competitors and feedback internally.
- Propose improvement suggestions based on customer feedback.
