The Dental Operations Officer coordinates scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation, and collaborates with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to optimize patient experience and service delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets and cost controls related to dental operations, and implementing process improvements aligned with organizational goals. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to operational policies and procedures.
