Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie – Events to support the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of the Events Kitchen. You will assist with food preparation, mise en place, production, and service for conferences, weddings, private functions, VIP experiences and special occasions.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of your assigned section within the Events Kitchen.
• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for banquet, catering, and special event operations.
• Ensure all food preparation, presentation, and service standards are delivered in line with Rosewood expectations.
• Maintain organized mise en place and operational readiness to support efficient event execution.
• Follow HACCP, food safety, hygiene, storage, and handling standards at all times.
• Work closely with culinary and operational teams to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service delivery.
