Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages in Riyadh is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Specialist to manage end-to-end planning for Beverages in the KSA market. You will handle demand forecasting, production and material planning, and dispatch coordination to ensure stock availability and on-time delivery.

The role requires SAP DSP/APO expertise, 3+ years in FMCG supply chain, and strong analytical skills. English proficiency is essential, with a focus on KPI-driven continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in FMCG industry supply chain.
• SAP DSP/APO strong knowledge — mandatory.
• Solid demand and supply planning knowledge and experience.
• Good command of English.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manage KPIs, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand by SKU and region, analyze data, and update DSP KPIs with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Create production plans based on stock, capacity, and demand, coordinating with procurement for materials.
• Develop dispatch plans to balance stock across KSA branches and warehouses, ensuring days of supply targets.
• Bridge between commercial and operations by translating forecasts into actionable production and supply plans.
