Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages in Riyadh is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Specialist to manage end-to-end planning for Beverages in the KSA market. You will handle demand forecasting, production and material planning, and dispatch coordination to ensure stock availability and on-time delivery.
The role requires SAP DSP/APO expertise, 3+ years in FMCG supply chain, and strong analytical skills. English proficiency is essential, with a focus on KPI-driven continuous improvement.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages, a globally managed standalone business within the Nestlé Group with 35+ brands including S.Pellegrino, Perrier, and Nestlé Pure Life, is looking for a Demand & Supply Planner to join its Al Manhal Water Factory team in Riyadh. The role ensures the right products are available across all KSA branches and warehouses in the right quantities and at the right time — combining demand forecasting, production planning, material planning, and dispatch coordination.
You collect and analyze regional and sales forecasts, warehouse available space, and production capacity. You conduct detailed forecast analysis per SKU, prepare statistical forecasts, and update DSP KPIs with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions. You identify key sales trend drivers across product groups to continuously improve demand planning accuracy.
You create production plans based on available stocks, capacity, demand, and actual sales trends. You manage material planning covering raw and packaging materials with consideration for shelf life, warehouse capacity, and optimum inventory levels — coordinating closely with procurement and suppliers to meet required production volumes.
You develop dispatch plans to ensure stock balancing across all KSA branches and warehouses, maintaining committed days of supply targets on a daily basis with no risk of bad goods or out-of-stocks. You coordinate closely with the logistics department on stock availability and movement.
You play a key role between the commercial and technical sides of the business, communicating volume commitments and translating sales forecasts into actionable production and supply plans.
Al Manhal is one of the most established bottled water brands in Saudi Arabia, and operating within Nestlé's global supply chain framework gives this role both local operational depth and international planning methodology exposure. The SAP APO/DSP requirement is a meaningful technical filter — candidates with this specific planning tool experience are genuinely scarce in the KSA market, which strengthens negotiating leverage considerably. For demand and supply planners looking to build their FMCG credentials within a globally structured organization in Riyadh, this is a strong opportunity with Nestlé's reputation behind it.
