Job summary

A leading global delivery service company is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the Amazon Marketplace Experience Transformation function in the Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will develop strategies and initiatives to enhance delivery partners' experiences across Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey. Essential skills include program management and excellent communication in both English and Arabic, coupled with stakeholder management expertise. A Bachelor's degree and significant project management experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• 5+ years of owning program strategy and end to end delivery.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in Arabic-language communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the delivery partner experience.
• Collect and analyze insights to identify experience priorities.
• Draft strategy documents and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Establish partnerships with external entities to create campaigns.
• Lead country expansion efforts and new program launches.
