Recava is seeking a Debt Collector to join its collections team in Riyadh. The role focuses on contacting customers by phone to pursue outstanding payments and negotiate arrangements within approved policies.

You will update case statuses, document outcomes, and maintain data confidentiality. Ideal candidates have strong communication, negotiation, and data-entry skills, with the ability to work well in a team and perform under pressure while aiming to meet monthly targets and performance

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Contact customers by phone to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Negotiate suitable payment arrangements within approved policies and authority limits.
• Follow up on promises to pay and update case statuses in the system.
• Accurately document calls and communication outcomes.
• Work toward monthly collection targets and performance indicators.
• Maintain data confidentiality and professional communication standards.
