Job summary

Tabby in KSA offers a paid six-month internship in Infrastructure. Interns work on real production tasks under senior review, including cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes workloads, and cost management under SAMA rules.

You'll gain hands-on experience with GCP, Terraform, monitoring stacks, and ML/AI tooling, collaborating with a distributed engineering team across multiple countries, with a view toward a junior platform role after completion.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Linux and shell basics.
• Built or deployed something on a cloud provider (GCP preferred).
• Familiar with containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Work on cloud infrastructure (GCP) and bare-metal fleet hosting data, ML, and AI workloads.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for services and models.
• Run and troubleshoot containerised workloads on Kubernetes.
• Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging and act on them.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks with Python or Bash.
• Support model training and inference workloads, environments, resources, and cost.
• Investigate incidents in infrastructure and pipelines and root-cause analysis.
• Improve reliability and cost efficiency of the platform.
• Work within SAMA regulatory requirements regarding data locality and access.
