Job Description: Database Analyst

Role Purpose

The objective of the role is to maintain lease databases. This involves obtaining portfolio information, reporting to clients and other JLL teams.

Responsibilities
  • Providing excellent analysis of commercial lease documents
  • Accurate abstraction of documents
  • Diligent data entry within indicated timeframe
  • Management of database and lease documents in clients’ portfolios
  • Regular preparation, release and updates of reports for clients
  • Administration tasks completion within the deadlines
What you need
  • Very good English
  • Experience in data processing and analysis of formal documentation
  • Timeliness and reliability
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills – written and spoken
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team
