Job summary

Riyadh Holding Company in Riyadh seeks an experienced Data Analysis Director to build and run enterprise analytics from the ground up, architecting the data lake, ETL, BI and model-deployment stack as the single trusted source of truth for the organization.

You will deliver executive dashboards for the CEO and Board, covering programme KPIs, financial performance, risk indicators and counterparty performance; embed AI, machine-learning and automation across the programme; and own data governance

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or a related field.
• Experience: +8 years in enterprise analytics, business intelligence, data engineering or advanced analytics.
• Technical: Deep command of Python and Power BI, hands-on data-lake (Azure / AWS), ETL and SQL / data-warehousing experience; working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks.
• Languages: Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale the enterprise analytics function, including platform architecture, technology stack, operating model, governance framework, talent strategy, and vendor ecosystem.
• Architect and govern the enterprise data lake, ETL ecosystem, BI platforms, and model-deployment environment as a unified and trusted data foundation.
• Deliver executive-grade analytics and reporting for the CEO, C-Suite, and Board on performance, financial health, and risk.
• Define and institutionalize enterprise KPI and KRI frameworks for transparent decision-making.
• Design and enhance enterprise risk analytics including risk registers, KRIs, predictive models, and scenario analysis.
• Enable near real-time monitoring of contractual KPIs and SLAs across counterparties.
• Build analytics across ticketing, visitation, CAFM (Maximo), and operational platforms to optimize revenue and service delivery.
• Deploy AI, ML, and intelligent automation to improve performance.
• Champion data governance to meet NDMO/NCA/PDPL requirements.

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Analysis Director to joining King Abdullah Gardens Lead and runs enterprise data-analytics capability from the ground up — architecting the data lake, ETL, BI and model-deployment stack as the single trusted source of truth for the organization. Builds the C-Suite and Board dashboards covering programme KPIs, financial performance, risk indicators (KRIs) and counterparty performance; embeds AI, machine-learning and automation across the programme; and owns data governance and data-security governance to NDMO / NCA requirements. Gives the CEO, Board and GRC oversight a single, reliable evidence base across all four strategic pillars — Destination Experience, Botanical Excellence, Financial Viability, and Efficient Delivery & Operations.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and scale the enterprise analytics function, including platform architecture, technology stack, operating model, governance framework, talent strategy, and vendor ecosystem, aligned with Board priorities and organizational objectives.
• Architect and govern the enterprise data lake, ETL ecosystem, BI platforms, and model-deployment environment as a unified and trusted data foundation, integrating information from all delivery and operating counterparties.
• Deliver executive-grade analytics and reporting that provide the CEO, C-Suite, and Board with timely, accurate, and actionable visibility into programme performance, financial health, strategic objectives, risk exposure, and counterparty outcomes.
• Define and institutionalize enterprise KPI and KRI frameworks, ensuring consistent reporting standards and decision-making transparency across the organization.
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance the enterprise risk analytics capability, including risk registers, key risk indicators, predictive risk models, and scenario analysis, in partnership with risk leadership.
• Enable near real-time monitoring of contractual KPIs and SLAs across all counterparties to strengthen compliance, accountability, performance management, and early risk detection.
• Build advanced analytics capabilities across ticketing, visitation, CAFM (Maximo), and operational platforms to optimize revenue performance, customer experience, asset reliability, service delivery, and predictive maintenance outcomes.
• Accelerate organizational efficiency and innovation through the deployment of AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve business performance.
• Champion enterprise-wide data governance, ensuring clear ownership, quality standards, classification frameworks, lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance in alignment with NDMO, NCA, and PDPL requirements.

2. Qualifications & Experience:
