Job summary

Mindfield Resources Consultancy FZ LLC is seeking a senior commercial leader to shape the dairy portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, product development and other teams to translate market intelligence into growth initiatives and ensure the portfolio stays competitive with evolving consumer needs.

You will build category plans, evaluate performance, guide pricing and profitability, and lead new product launches.

Qualifications

• Direct dairy industry experience in Saudi Arabia required.
• 5–8 years in FMCG brand management, category management or consumer marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi consumer preferences and the dairy landscape.
• Experience developing brand strategies and managing product portfolios.
• Hands-on involvement in new product development and market launches.
• Commercial awareness of pricing, sales performance and profitability.
• Ability to interpret market and financial data for recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with sales, trade marketing, product development and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Build category plans to drive revenue growth and long-term brand development.
• Evaluate portfolio performance to improve product mix, pricing and profitability.
• Interpret consumer research, trends and competitor activity for decisions.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen brand relevance among Saudi consumers.
• Lead new product introductions from concept through launch.
• Assess marketing investments and promotional performance for ROI.
• Partner with sales and trade marketing to improve visibility and channel performance.
• Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing and supply chain for market readiness.
• Track category performance against targets and address underperformance.
• Manage cross-functional projects and external partners to deliver priorities.
