SADAFCO in Jeddah seeks a seasoned Production Leader to oversee mixing, processing, filling and palletizing while upholding company standards and global best practices. You will guide the production team to achieve cost-effective, efficient output in a fast-moving dairy environment.

The role requires a Bachelor in Food Science/Technology, at least 6 years in dairy or related industries, strong Lean and problem-solving skills, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Educational level: Bachelor degree in Food Science/Technology or similar.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the dairy manufacturing industry or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Lean processes and problem solving techniques.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken); Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead production strategy implementation to meet factory goals.
• Plan production activities to deliver the production plan on time and budget.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive resolution with the team.
• Analyze production performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Audit operating system and drive Continuous Improvement and Lean activities.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
