ASMO is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to perform routine cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy at the CPY site (Abqaiq Central Pipe Yard). You will verify quantities, assist with reconciliation, and maintain traceability for OCTG and pipe materials within the WMS/ERP systems.

The role requires 5–10 years in warehouse or inventory operations, familiarity with SAP or Oracle, and strong attention to detail in a high-volume oil & gas environment. Outdoor yard work is expected.

Qualificações

• Must have English oral and written proficiency.
• 5–10 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
• Experience with OCTG, line pipes, or industrial materials is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
• Verify quantities, descriptions, lengths, and material IDs.
• Identify variances and support root-cause investigations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and logistics teams.
• Ensure traceability of OCTG and pipe materials.
• Update records in WMS/ERP.
• Support stock reconciliation and adjustments.
• Monitor yard locations for bin/location accuracy.
• Assist during annual inventories and audits.
• Comply with ASMO policies, HSE requirements, and inventory standards.
• Report damaged or missing materials to Inventory Supervisor.
• Maintain counting records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory accuracy.
