Applicants should have 2–5 years of warehouse experience, familiarity with Oracle ERP, and strong Excel skills to generate reports and support audits. This on-site role requires attention to inventory control in an Oil & Gas context.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, mechanical, or admin.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Must be familiar with Oil & Gas materials including Piping, Mechanical and OHTL Overhead Transmission Line
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records
• Coordinate material issuance and transfers
• Ensure proper storage, preservation and housekeeping of materials
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and support stock audits
• Operate ERP systems and prepare warehouse reports
