Job summary

AS Contracting Co in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for critical pipeline construction projects (ARAMCO/SWCC). You will oversee storage, inventory, and distribution of materials and equipment, ensuring timely deliveries to site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams and suppliers, maintaining accurate records, enforcing safety procedures, optimizing layout, and leading warehouse staff to meet tight deadlines. 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably with experience in pipeline construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, suppliers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials to the site.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, implement safety protocols, and optimize warehouse processes for the pipeline project.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and provide training to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate transportation logistics, manage shipments, and handle customs clearance procedures as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels and warehouse performance for project management.
