Rize is a groundbreaking rent-now-pay-later platform reshaping the rental landscape in Saudi Arabia. We’re looking for a fresh graduate to join as a Customer Experience Associate, supporting landlords and tenants, and helping to ensure smooth property handovers.

You’ll be trained and mentored by senior teammates while gradually taking ownership of tasks, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced Proptech startup that values communication, problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using digital tools (CRM systems, Google Workspace).
• Team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support in building positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Assist in conducting check-ins to ensure satisfaction of both parties.
• Learn handover processes between landlords and tenants and help inspect units.
• Serve as first point of contact for simple inquiries or issues and escalate when needed.
• Make daily follow-ups to gather feedback and help improve service quality.
