Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in process improvement and problem solving.
• Strong data analytics and performance reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support targets using Power BI.
• Support customer service orders and registrations across channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure adoption of new processes.
