Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery is seeking a Crusher Supervisor in Riyadh to oversee jaw and cone crushing operations, ensuring consistent ore fragmentation and throughput while upholding safety and environmental standards. You will lead shift teams, coordinate maintenance, generate daily production and safety reports, and drive equipment availability.

A strong background in mining or mechanical engineering and experience in hard rock mining are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• At least five years in hard rock mining with two years in a supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of gyratory and cone crushing equipment.
• Strong understanding of health, safety regulations in mining.
• Experience leading multicultural teams and managing contractors.
• Proficiency in English for technical documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and hold a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of jaw and cone crushers to meet throughput targets.
• Enforce Permit-to-Work and Lockout-Tagout procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and liner changes during shutdowns.
• Supervise operators and conduct competency assessments.
• Generate shift reports on tonnage, downtime, and safety observations.
• Monitor product size distribution and adjust crusher settings.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities and reduce wear costs.
