Job summary

SAUDI ARABIAN RESOURCES COMPANY in Riyadh region is seeking a Crusher Operations Supervisor to manage jaw and cone crusher activities, ensure ore fragmentation targets, and uphold safety and environmental standards.

You will lead a multicultural team of operators, coordinate maintenance, report production metrics, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis while working on rotating shifts in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• At least five years of experience in hard rock mining with two years in a supervisory role
• Proven technical knowledge of primary gyratory and secondary cone crushing equipment
• Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations in mining
• Experience leading multicultural teams and managing contractor performance
• Proficiency in English for technical documentation and reporting
• Valid driving license and willingness to work rotational shifts in an industrial setting
• Knowledge of Saudi mining regulations and local content requirements is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Circuit Operation Management: manages daily operation of jaw and cone crushers to meet throughput targets
• Safety Protocol Enforcement: enforces Permit-to-Work and Lockout-Tagout procedures
• Maintenance Coordination: coordinates liner changes and repairs during planned shutdowns
• Team Supervision and Training: provides supervision to operators and conducts competency assessments
• Production Reporting: generates shift reports detailing tonnage, downtime, and safety observations
• Quality Control Monitoring: monitors product size distribution and adjusts crusher settings
• Environmental Compliance: ensures dust suppression systems meet permits and standards
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: identifies opportunities to reduce energy use and wear part costs
