Job summary

Quantum Talent Group in Riyadh seeks a Senior Credit Cards Product & Portfolio Expert to lead end-to-end card lifecycle management, CVP development, and portfolio P&L governance. You will drive innovative card propositions, launches, and loyalty optimization while ensuring strict adherence to SAMA and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with retail banking leadership, digital squads, and risk teams to enhance market share, profitability, and risk management, on a 12-month onsite

Qualifications

• 15+ years in retail banking, payments, credit cards product, and portfolio management.
• Strong P&L and CVP development experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAMA regulations and digital banking frameworks.
• Experience leading card launch campaigns and loyalty programs.
• Onsite Riyadh availability and legal work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead strategic credit cards product management and portfolio growth in retail banking.
• Design and execute CVPs, rewards, and loyalty programs.
• Lead end-to-end card launch campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage card portfolio P&L, revenue, fees, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and data security mandates.
• Collaborate with digital banking, marketing, risk, and analytics teams.
• Oversee portfolio health analytics, risk thresholds, and profitability improvements.
• Maintain product documentation and regulatory records.
