Key Talent Solutions in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Creator Park Manager to lead creator-led programming for a major international gaming and esports festival. The role covers coordinating talent, stage schedules, fan activities and technical production, with two working arrangements: Riyadh-based or remote with travel.

A 14-month contract with potential extension and onsite availability during festival periods will be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in creator-led programming, gaming, esports or related live-event production.
• Experience delivering at least two live event seasons.
• Hands-on experience developing creator or club programmes, managing schedules and delivering live events.
• Strong understanding of esports, gaming creators, fan engagement and live-event operations.
• Experience coordinating technical production requirements for creator activities.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Existing relationships with content creators, esports organisations and talent management agencies.
• Experience delivering major gaming festivals, esports tournaments or creator-focused entertainment events.
• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage Creator Park programming, including stage schedules, creator appearances, fan activities and content capture.
• Identify and recommend suitable content creators, gaming influencers and esports personalities.
• Coordinate with creators, talent management agencies and gaming organisations.
• Develop interactive fan experiences, including showmatches, meet-and-greets, community activities and live content.
• Coordinate technical and operational requirements, including staging, gaming hardware, software, connectivity and streaming/content capture.
• Work closely with production, technical and event delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor programme performance and provide post-event reporting and recommendations.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in creator-led programming, gaming, esports or related live-event production.
• Experience delivering at least two live event seasons.
• Proven hands-on experience developing creator or club programmes, managing schedules and delivering live events.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Existing relationships with content creators, esports organisations and talent management agencies.
• Experience delivering major gaming festivals, esports tournaments or creator-focused entertainment events.

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced Creator Park Manager to support a major international gaming and esports festival programme in Saudi Arabia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on events professional with experience in creator-led programming, esports events, fan engagement and live entertainment production.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for developing and delivering engaging creator experiences, coordinating talent and ensuring all programming, production and technical requirements are aligned.

Working Arrangements

The position offers two potential working arrangements:

• Riyadh-based: Working from the project office, with relocation and visa support subject to agreed terms.
• Remote-based: Working Sunday to Thursday on Riyadh business hours, with required travel to Saudi Arabia.

All candidates must be available onsite in Riyadh during the required festival operating periods in July–August and November 2027.

This is a full-time, fixed-term engagement requiring dedicated involvement throughout the contract.
