Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks a strategic leader to head country operations and drive growth across markets. You will develop medium- and long-term strategies, manage the in-country team, and ensure compliance with regulations while expanding sales and market share.

Responsibilities include setting annual targets, conducting market research, overseeing purchasing and assets, and preparing performance reports for executives. Travel to Qatar is expected when required.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of sales management experience within KSA.
• Lubricant sales or related industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of KSA regulations, procedures, and trade practices.
• Willingness to travel to Qatar when required.
