Client is looking for HSE Manager (Corporate/Office-based)

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
Minimum 10+ years of HSE experience, including significant experience in a managerial capacity.
Previous employment with a leading EPC/EPCM contractor.
Strong experience in corporate HSE governance and management systems.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of corporate HSE management systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable HSE legislation, client requirements, and international standards.
Drive continual improvement initiatives across health, safety, and environmental performance.
Manage internal and external HSE audits, compliance assessments, and assurance activities.
Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, standards, and guidance documents.
Monitor HSE performance through KPI reporting, trend analysis, and executive dashboards.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action programs.
Provide HSE support and oversight across multiple projects and business units.
Support leadership teams in fostering a strong safety culture and achieving HSE objectives.
Interface with clients, regulatory bodies, and project stakeholders on HSE matters.
Prepare and deliver management reviews and HSE performance presentations.
