Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH International Diploma, NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, CSP, or equivalent.
Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a managerial HSE role on large-scale construction projects.
Extensive experience on major buildings, hospitality developments, convention centers, mixed-use developments, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and GCC construction safety requirements.
Thorough understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and international HSE standards.
Proven experience in contractor HSE management and site supervision consultancy environments.
Experience implementing behavior-based safety programs and safety culture initiatives.
Strong knowledge of construction hazards, risk management, and incident investigation methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prepare detailed reports and deliver presentations to senior management and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting systems.
Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly preferred.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
