Job summary

Saudi Arabian Marketing & Agencies Co. in Riyadh seeks a Parts Advisor for Volkswagen. You will accurately identify customer parts requirements, manage stock levels, process parts orders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with the Parts Manager, conduct regular stock checks, handle deliveries, and maintain clean, safe parts areas in line with health, safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• Numerate and literate at a clerical level.
• Proficient computer skills, including email and inventory management systems.
• Good understanding of basic vehicle layouts and parts locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new or updated parts through internal systems (Desktop, parts bulletins, catalogues).
• Attend regular training courses to develop product and job-related knowledge.
• Secure all stock and ensure it remains in good condition.
• Manage incoming deliveries: verify, bin appropriately, and report discrepancies.
• Issue parts only against documented receipt, payment, or authorized signature.
• Assist in regular stocktaking activities and safeguard against unauthorized removal.
• Place and track special parts orders balancing speed and economy as per guidelines.
• Source additional parts availability externally when required.
