Accor is seeking an experienced Hotel Events Sales professional in Saudi Arabia to own inquiries and manage leads through to confirmed bookings. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel events sales, banqueting sales, MICE or similar venue sales.
• Understanding of event proposals, banquet packages, function-space selling, contracts and handovers.
• Strong customer-service mindset with commercial instinct, follow-up discipline and closing confidence.
• Excellent coordination and attention to detail; able to manage multiple inquiries and deadlines.
• Fluent professional English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with hotel sales, events or CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own event enquiries.
• Manage assigned leads from initial qualification through confirmed booking.
• Convert business.
• Create accurate proposals covering venue, catering, AV, guestrooms and event packages; follow up to secure decisions.
• Quote in line with approved rates, space availability and revenue guidelines; identify upselling opportunities.
• Host client visits and showrounds; conduct needs-assessment meetings and present hotel facilities with confidence.
• Manage confirmations; prepare and track contracts, deposits and payment milestones with Finance and teams.
• Capture comprehensive event requirements and hand over to Event Planning and hotel departments.
• Build repeat business by nurturing relationships with corporate bookers, planners and clients.
• Maintain forecast discipline; update enquiry status, forecast value and event-space utilization in systems.
