Job summary

Workato is seeking a Loader Operator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on a contract basis with visa sponsorship. The role requires operating heavy loaders, following site supervisor instructions, and maintaining safety standards at outdoor construction sites.

The ideal candidate is English-proficient, physically fit, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior loader experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Indian nationality preferred.
• No prior experience with loaders required, but experience is a plus.
• Must hold a valid visa for working in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders to load and unload materials such as sand, gravel, and other construction materials.
• Follow instructions from the construction supervisor on where and how to load and unload materials.
• Inspect equipment before use to ensure proper functioning and report issues or malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery.
• Communicate with team members to ensure efficient loading and unloading processes.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
