  • Strengthen relationships with stakeholders to meet needs and exceed expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in contractual agreements to protect the organisation’s interests.
  • Foster continuous improvement in contracting practices through training and updates on best practices.
  • Review complex purchase requisitions for procurement compliance.
  • Develop and review contract terms to ensure organisational standards compliance.
  • Provide guidance on contractual issues to various departments.
  • Negotiate contract terms with suppliers to achieve best outcomes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for potential contractual risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance and address deviations or issues.
  • Analyze contracting data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure timely renewal and amendments of contracts.
