Key Responsibilities
- Administer commercial contracts throughout the full lifecycle from award and mobilization through performance monitoring and closeout.
- Maintain complete visibility of contractual deliverables, milestone dates, financial obligations, and administrative requirements.
- Monitor contractor and supplier commitments against agreed scope, service levels, safety requirements, and performance standards.
- Track payment milestones and confirm required contractual conditions are satisfied before payment processing.
- Maintain contract registers, obligation trackers, payment records, variation logs, correspondence files, and supporting commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams to validate invoices against contract scope, approved deliverables, rates, and payment terms.

- Technical diploma or Bachelor 's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in contract administration, commercial operations, project coordination, or related functions.
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, heavy industry, equipment support, or complex project environments.
- Strong understanding of commercial contract administration throughout the contract lifecycle.
