Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is seeking a Construction Manager (Infrastructure) to lead delivery across large-scale infrastructure and mixed-use developments in Saudi Arabia.

You will oversee field activities, coordinate contractors and consultants, track budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality in line with project goals.

This role requires 15+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and readiness for local transfer to Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of construction management experience on large-scale residential infra and mixed-use developments.
• Experience with budget tracking, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of HSE compliance and progress reporting.
• Based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.
• Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities across infrastructure and mixed-use development sites.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of construction execution.
• Track progress, budgets, and risks and report updates to the Project Director.
• Support stakeholder coordination for large-scale residential and community infrastructure works.

As Construction Manager (Infrastructure), you will help drive successful construction delivery by working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on execution, coordination, and project performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities across infrastructure and mixed-use development sites.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain project delivery schedules.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of construction execution.

• Support stakeholder coordination for large-scale residential and community infrastructure works.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of construction management experience, including work on large-scale residential infrastructure, mixed-use developments, roads and utilities, or broader community infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience with budget tracking, cost control, and quality assurance across construction delivery.
• Solid understanding of HSE compliance, contractor performance management, and progress reporting to the Project Director.
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary stakeholder teams.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.
• Experience with risk management is a plus.
