Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a Sr Discipline Engineer – Infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. The role supports a large residential community development with villas, utilities, roads, parks, and facilities.

Reports to the Project Director and collaborates with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders on major packages. The ideal candidate has over 7 years in infrastructure engineering, expertise with utilities and roads, and familiarity with PMC-style delivery on masterplanned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a closely related engineering field.
• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience on large-scale residential communities, infrastructure networks, utilities, roads, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong experience across utilities, roads, stormwater and drainage, landscape infrastructure, and sitewide infrastructure coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Project Director, consultants and contractors and manage external stakeholders across large infrastructure packages.
• Lead coordination efforts across AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM/Revit environments for masterplanned developments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure packages.

Sr Discipline Engineer – Infrastructure

This is a full-time role based in Saudi Arabia. The project involves large-scale residential community development comprising villas, small buildings, infrastructure networks, utilities, roads, parks, and commercial facilities. The role reports directly to the Project Director and involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a closely related engineering field.
• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, including work on large-scale residential communities, infrastructure networks and utilities, roads and public realm, or mixed-use/commercial developments.
• Strong experience across utilities, roads, stormwater and drainage, landscape infrastructure, and sitewide infrastructure coordination within infrastructure projects.
• Experience with PMC-style project delivery on large masterplanned developments.
• Proven ability to coordinate with a Project Director, consultants and contractors, and manage external stakeholders across large infrastructure packages.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM/Revit, or other infrastructure design and coordination tools commonly used on large community developments is a plus.
