Job summary

Parsons in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Construction Manager for Civil & Structural Works, responsible for terminal buildings and supporting facilities. You will ensure high-quality execution, adherence to safety standards, and alignment with project schedules.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, and overseeing interfaces with MEP, BHS, ICT, and airport systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and related discipline required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management for large-scale projects, preferably aviation.
• Strong experience delivering terminal buildings.
• Experience within D&B or EPC delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Strong understanding of international construction standards and aviation requirements.
• Professional certification such as PMP or PE is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities related to Civil, Structural and architectural works.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee implementation of structural systems, façade works, roofing systems, and interior fit-out.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards.
• Monitor progress against schedule and implement corrective actions where required.
• Lead inspections, snagging activities, and quality assurance reviews.
• Coordinate with MEP, BHS, ICT, and airport systems teams to ensure interface alignment.
• Support modular construction methodologies and off-site fabrication strategies.

The role ensures high-quality execution of structural works, foundation slabs, concrete and steel structures, building envelope interfaces, structural modifications, temporary works, demolition, enabling works, civil elements, and architectural finishing works while maintaining alignment with safety, schedule, and operational requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:
