Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field.
• Previous experience working as a Librarian or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Proficient computer skills including knowledge of library systems and electronic resources.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the library's collection including organizing cataloging and shelving books.
• Assist patrons with locating materials and providing reference services.
• Develop and implement library programs and events to promote literacy and engage the community.
• Maintain the library's budget and order new materials as needed.
• Train and supervise library staff members.
