- Localize regional and global communication campaigns and initiatives for the Saudi market.
- Draft and coordinate communications in Arabic and English, ensuring quality, consistency and relevance across both languages.

- Take ownership of assigned communication activities from planning through execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, internal communications, public relations or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.
- Experience developing content for internal and/or external communication channels.
- Experience supporting events, campaigns and employee engagement activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work across different functions and levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to develop effective presentations and basic visual content using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Experience coordinating with agencies and external vendors is an advantage.
What we're looking for
- We are looking for someone who is proactive, curious and hands-on, with a strong sense of ownership and a genuine interest in communications.
- You should be comfortable taking a brief and turning it into action, managing priorities independently and following through to delivery. You will need good judgment, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with different stakeholders across the business.
- I prefer this to putting it in the qualifications because it describes the way you want the person to work, rather than a technical skill or qualification.
