Qualifications

• Saudi national with 5+ years of corporate experience.
• Excellent professional English, spoken and written.
• Experience in L&D, professional communication, organizational development, corporate training, coaching, consulting, leadership development, HR or talent development.
• Strong 1-to-1 coaching and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in multicultural or international environments.
• Ability to identify patterns, form and test hypotheses, and provide evidence-based feedback.
• Comfortable facilitating simulations and challenging professional conversations.
• Ability to work independently and apply Shaghaf's methodology.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Availability to work part-time remotely and begin within a short timeframe.

About Shaghaf

Shaghaf is a Saudi professional training academy specializing in professional communication performance in English.

We work with professionals whose English may already be sufficient, but whose communication performance changes under pressure, evaluation, or high-stakes workplace situations.

About the Role

We are looking for a Communication Performance Consultant to deliver Shaghaf's 1-to-1 Communication Performance Program.

You will work with professionals to observe how their communication changes under pressure, identify performance patterns, facilitate realistic workplace simulations, apply behavioral interventions, and evaluate improvement.

You will be trained on Shaghaf's Communication Performance Model, methodology, interventions, and quality standards.

What You Will Do

• Deliver 1-to-1 remote sessions in English.
• Observe and analyze communication during realistic workplace simulations.
• Distinguish language limitations from communication-performance barriers.
• Facilitate simulations involving meetings, presentations, unexpected questions, and high-pressure workplace interactions.

What We Are Looking For

• Saudi national.
• 5+ years of professional experience with strong exposure to corporate environments.
• Relevant experience in L&D, professional communication, organizational development, corporate training, coaching, consulting, leadership development, HR, or talent development.
• Excellent professional English, spoken and written.
• Experience working in multicultural or international professional environments.
• Strong 1-to-1 coaching and facilitation skills.
• Strong behavioral observation, analytical thinking, and professional judgment.
• Ability to identify patterns, form and test hypotheses, and provide evidence-based feedback.
• Comfortable facilitating simulations and challenging professional conversations.
• Ability to work independently and consistently apply Shaghaf's methodology.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Availability to work part-time remotely and begin within a short timeframe.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree in Communication, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, HR, L&D, Applied Linguistics, Adult Learning, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as ICF, CIPD, SHRM, ATD, coaching, facilitation, or L&D are an advantage.

This is not a traditional English teaching role focused on grammar, vocabulary, or general English.

English-training backgrounds are relevant when combined with strong experience in professional communication, coaching, behavioral observation, or corporate development.
